I am a painter, performer, and installation artist creating work that responds to the environments I inhabit. Each piece is shaped by context: physical, mental, and practical constraints, especially time.

I work with materials and tools ranging from the familiar to the obscure in order to locate the everyday which may be sublime. Language, humour and systems of meaning run through my practice; ambiguity is a method as much as an outcome.

Meaning is not fixed. What the work becomes is inseparable from the imagination of the viewer.
